On the roll again
I’ve been a bit busy with work and other things. Amongst those other things has been my script. It’s nearing a finished 1st draft. The rough draft I sent out went over rather well. The people who read it liked it and some gave a lot of great feedback. Updates to the rough draft will be done soon. Once a working 1st draft of the script is finished I’ll begin storyboarding a few scenes here and there. I’ve been talking with some people about helping to get this project going and it’s bound to be a very interesting process. Currently my biggest concern is sound. I want the sound of this picture to be as top notch as possible. This means that I will be looking out for a dedicated sound person to help get this done right. This also means I will be needing a bit more of a budget, as good sound is not a cheap thing. Unless you get a student who is studying sound and will work for cheap. Either way, it might be a rocky road.
On a side note, I’ve been wanting to do little comic strips for a long time now but I’ve never really had any funny ideas for them. Recently I… have gotten a few really fun ideas from my brother and my fiance’. As I start to play with these and get a cue of them done I’m thinking of throwing up a website to host them on. Here is the first I’ve created.
